We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver highly accurate and in-depth detailed drawings. Teaming up with our design engineers we will make your fabricators smile all day. We believe that a design should be made simple on paper and easy to understand.

Our Fabrication Capabilities:
- Cutting & Drilling - Straight line cutters (up to 70mm thick) and mag base drills for accurate holes and shaping.
- Pressing & Forming – Brake presses (200 Ton x 3.2m) and eccentric presses for reliable forming and bending.
- Guillotining & Rolling – Precision guillotine cutting (12mm x 3.2m) and rollers for sheet metal up to 2.7m long.
- Welding Services – A full range of stick welders and CO2 welders for strong, consistent joins across all applications.
- Material Handling – Forklifts (2.5 Ton & 5 Ton) and hot box facilities for safe and efficient onsite support.
- Heavy-Duty Capacity – Pressing, punching, and handling of large-scale fabrication components with holding capacity up to 450kg.

We offer precision machining services to support fabrication, maintenance, and custom manufacturing requirements. Our workshop is equipped with a wide range of lathes, milling machines, and drilling equipment, enabling us to handle components of various sizes with high accuracy.
Our Machining Capabilities:
- Centre Lathes – Capacity up to 800mm swing x 4m length for turning large and small components.
- Horizontal & Vertical Boring Mills – For precise boring operations on large workpieces, with digital readout for accuracy.
- Milling Machines (Manual & CNC) – Up to 400mm x 1.2m bed, delivering accurate machining for both custom and production parts.
- Drilling – Pedestal and radial arm drills with up to 1.5m swing for flexible drilling applications.
- Thread Cutting – M16 to M48 threads up to 6m length for shafts, pipes, and custom mechanical applications.
